All our items are made to order, as a result, we do not offer exchange or refunds; with the exceptions, please read the following.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 5 business days after receiving your item to request a return. 

NOTE: Returns are only if you received incorrect items.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unworn or unused, with tags
  • in its original packaging
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). 

NOTE: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you were sent the wrong item(s). In that case, send us an email at support@westcoastsweatshop.com

Refunds
All our items are made to order, as a result, we do not offer refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Contact us by filling out the contact us form, or email us at support@westcoastsweatshop.com.  Provide full details such as full name, damage/wrong item, contact info, order number, and attach photos.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • FACE MASKS(Which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.)
  • Gift cards
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
