All our items are made to order, as a result, 

NOTE: The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • COVID-19 (Click link for update)
  • Issues with print/embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

 

Orders placed and payment received by 10:00PM PST, will then be put through the first step of the order process.  Please see further details below.

Shipping

For all of our items:

Step 1: It will take 2-7 business days to process and fulfill your order, then 

Step 2: It will take another 2-10 business days for shipping(depending on your location of your shipping address, as well as what shipping method you choose.).

Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • Express (1-3 business days AFTER fulfillment)
  • Overnight (1 business day AFTER fulfillment)

International Shipping:

  • Flat Rate (Standard)(5-20 business days AFTER fulfillment)
  • Standard DDP(Delivery Duty Paid)(3-5 business days AFTER fulfillment)CANADA ONLY.
  • Express(1-3 business days AFTER fulfillment)EU+more

NOTE: Express shipments to Europe require a contact phone number.  Please provide it when checking out.

Step 3: At the end, you will receive an email confirmation for your tracking number.

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. We offer a Flat Rate/Standard, Express, and Overnight Shipping methods based on weight of your package.  We ship both domestically and internationally.

Disclaimer, as we ship domestically and internationally.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees of duties and taxes, and/or a handling fee, depending on the destination country. The fees may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

Wrong Address 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Order Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Countries an territories we are currently not shipping to: Angola, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Republic of the Congo, Reunion Island, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
